Permit others to smoke in smoke free premises
Fail to display warning signs in smoke free premises.
Smoking in a smoke free place will lead to a fine of £200 plus a fixed penalty fee of £50.
Failure to prevent smoking in a smoke free place a fine of £2500 !
Signage offences up to £1000.
In other words, no smoking in your cars whether you are working or not. You must not allow anyone to smoke in your car under any circumstance as you could be fined up to £2500.
You must display no smoking stickers otherwise once again you can be fined.

I have sent off for some signs and stickers but cannot be sure when and what will arrive so would advise any of you that do not have ‘no-smoking’ stickers displayed, to obtain some as soon as possible.
Local Area Drivers.
We are looking to offer any drivers interested the opportunity to work in one of two local areas, these being Ramsgate or Westgate. The drivers that would wish to work in this way will only be able to work specific areas and not the whole Thanet circuit, with the incentive of being able to work an open shift in that area for a reduced circuit fee of £50 !
